To guide Fitzgerald Constructions Australia into its next phase, following the retirement of founder Mr Tom Fitzgerald and the upcoming retirement of Mr Bruce McCraken, a Senior Leadership Team has been appointed. This team comprises long-term employees with decades of industry expertise, bringing deep knowledge and experience across all divisions and market sectors in which the company operates.
The Senior Leadership Team collectively fosters a high-performance culture, ensuring that the company consistently delivers results while maintaining the values and standards that define Fitzgerald Constructions. With oversight of both strategy and operations, they are united in purpose: to deliver excellence today while laying the foundations for sustained future success.
